This year a great line-up with International artists like Mad Professor, Don Carlos and Winston Francis, but also a lot of good Dutch reggae bands and DJ's.

Mad Professor (Jamaica/UK)
Mad Professor is a dub music producer and engineer known for his original productions and remix work. He is considered one of the leading producers of dub music's second generation and was instrumental in transitioning dub into the digital age. He has collaborated with reggae artists such as Lee 'Scratch' Perry and Sly and Robbie, as well as artists outside the realm of traditional reggae and dub, such as Sade, Massive Attack and The Orb.

Don Carlos (Jamaica)
Don Carlos, born as Euvin Spencer, is a legendary Reggae artist. He started his singing career in 1973 as one of the original members of Black Uhuru. In the 80-ties Don Carlos went solo.

Winston Francis (Jamaica/UK)
Ska legend Winston Francis is born in Kingston, Jamaica but lives in London now. He worked with different artists like Boris Gardiner, Dennis Brown, Bob Marley, Linton Kwesi Johnson and Bob Andy. Nowadays he is performing with the Dutch Rude Rich & The High Notes!

Black Star Sound (The Netherlands)
Black Star Sound is a roots reggae sound, based in Amsterdam (Holland). Selector Den-Den loves vinyl and has a huge 7-single collection. Black Star Sound also has a nice dubplate selection box! On stage Den-Den is often assisted by MC's and talented singers. Besides Jamaican riddims Black Star Sound also plays their own productions.

Keytown Sound (Leiden)
Keytown Sound from Leiden exists of the selectors Martial Ard, Senior and D-Leon with Papa Aya as singjay. They play straight up Roots Reggae and Dancehall, from way back till the present.

Dutch Dub Doctors (The Netherlands)
The Dutch Dub Doctors play at the Future Reggae Ruigoord Festival regularly with their 'Sound Operating Show', a mix of reggae, dubstep and drum & bass.

dProcessor (The Netherlands)
What is dProcessor? They are in between a band and a dj. Live on stage, the musicians are using samples of their own studio recodings, besides using real instruments. To make the audience know what is going on, there is a VJ playing stop motion movies and videoclips.

Braintheft (Germany)
Braintheft was formed in December 2008 in Berlin. The band mixes dub music with their other musical influences such as trip-hop, Dubstep and experimental music.

Tallawah (The Netherlands)
From roots to dub, from rocksteady to ska, Tallawah plays a lot of their own rebel songs and some covers. The love for roots reggae music with a modern twist and the recognisable sound of Tallawah.

Rootical Transformation (Surinam/Holland)
Rootical Transformation is a Dutch reggaeband. Their style of music is deep roots rock reggae, and the lyrics are subjects about transformation of awareness and unconditional love which mankind can reach through meditation.

The House of Lalibela (The Netherlands)
Dutch reggaeband who did a project with singer Fullanni. Last year they were also playing on Future Reggae Ruigoord Festival (2009) and they will be back this year!

Splendid (The Netherlands)
Splendid brings a new definition of reggae: Rocksteady Sunshine. Relaxed beats, sunny horns and critical lyrics will garantee you a new summersound!

Kammy (The Netherlands)
Kammy is a band who plays a mix of different styles. The world of Funk, Pop, Ska, Reggae, Soul and Jazz is their source of inspiration.

Rebel Jam (The Netherlands)
The founder of Rebel Jam is Robby Pinas, bass player in Jampara's Batalion band. This band consists of 8 members and is bringing pure roots rock reggae music.

Orange Grove (Antilles/Holland)
Their music is a mix of reggae, ska, rap and rock. This is combined with the raw voice of leadsinger Michael Maidwell makes Orange Grove a reggae-band with a sharp edge.
